Hi. Panderm plus cream is not at all safe and it wil just damage your facial skin. Do not use this cream. Clindymycin/ adapalene/benzol peroxide etc are the topical medications for acne. Visit nearest dermatolgist. Thanks.

This cream contains steroid. This will cause more acne, redness, redlines facial swelling,skin thinning, dark spots or white spots. Never use steroid creams without doctors prescription for any problem.

Please stop using panderm plus cream as it contains strong steroid which will cause serious side effects. Steroid induced pimples, photosensitivity that is sensitivity to sunlight, rosacea that is red face, atrophy that is thinning of skin, stretch marks, pigmentation, dryness, severe itching and increase hair growth on the face are many side effects of this. Reports of skin cancer are also there. Please don't use any such steroid containing fairness creams. You will require treatment to slowly reduce the steroid addiction of the skin.
