I'm a diabetic patient ,using med (glycomet gp 1) from 25 days, sometimes I have limbs pain. What's reason & treatment? Can I use painkiller at pain time?

Go for a good 40 mins brisk walk everyday all pain will go away fitness is necessary you can use paracetamol if too much pain sos.

Sir is the pain worsens during walking and relieved by rest? Do you smoke? Do you consume tobacco? Is their a family history of amputation, sudden death, ihd, cad and stroke? What is your lipid profile? Answers these questions. I suggest doppler studies for lower limb, serum vit b12 and serum vit d to decide further on it.
