I hav gt a vry bad bck pain treat my lef side till my lower back I hav taken out xray it shows I hav nerve is being on one another and muscles are ti8 n my bone is straight I cnt sleep on my lwf side due to pain wt should I do use sumo gel, volini,omni gel no use what should I do?

Any xray in this world cannot show nerves. Please don't get fooled by people around you tell you that. Back pain is one problem which can occur anyone who is working for long duration of hours. You can take diclofenac 75 milligram twice a day tablet pantoprazole 40 mg once a day tablet pregaba nt one tablet at night after meal. Please don't forget to take rest and should not lift heavy weight or lean forward for working in any condition. The above medication can be taken for around seven days. You have to visit a nearby physiotherapist for local heat therapy also.
