Hi lybrate-user, I can understand your situation and the feelings of turmoil you are going through. Please be assured that if you give yourself some time and promise to yourself that "i will not give up till I surrender myself to a mental health expert (psychiatrist/psychologist) and give him/her some time to try and help me come out of current mood state/feeling" it is quite possible that anyone can go in to a bad mood state where we do not feel control over our life situations/thoughts/feelings and such state is usually episodic lasting from few weeks to months. It is possible to curtail the duration with appropriate treatment. I have strong belief that you will get better provided you are in right hands!

I agree with you that you are feeling so much negative, there is so much pain etc. Please tell me in corona time, can you see how much more are people in need of care and help. Your life is useless for you and you want to end it. So I give you a better option. Start giving your life, your care, your warmth, your support to people around who have no one to care for them. I think you have a problem with anger and may be it is there from childhood. Suicide is never an option and intense therapy is highly recommended. Pleases meet with a doctor and counselor immediately and do cooperate with both to your utmost. Identify the pain and deal with it soon.
