The cream should be applied two times a day on the fungal patch and more time it remains on the skin, more effective it will be. So ideally it should be applied after bath.

Apply in the morning after bath and at night before sleeping. Atleast 4-6 hours it should be there. You can rub it onto the fungal area and also apply little bit in the normal skin surrounding it.
