My younger brother have a knock knee problem since last 2 years and his alkaline phosphatase level is 910. And calcium level is 8.60 and inorganic phosphorus level is 3.90 and vitamin d 25-hydroxy cholecalciferol level is 13.83 and his serum parathormone level is 82.38 please help us we are worrying for his serum pth level and alkaline phosphatase level please help me.

Please give the age of the patient when the calcium level is low pth level goes up automatically it is worrying if both are high management of knock knee depends on the age if he is in the growing age you can wait he require vitamin d3 supplementation 60 k once a week for 8 weeks and calcium daily show an endocrinologist for high pth levels.
