My mother is 47. Her tsh level is 0.09 and lymphocytes count is little bit high. She has been suffering from thyroid issues for 12-13 years and has been taking thyronorm. Now she is feeling very weak, ache in body. Even her heart is being palpitated sometime! she has stopped menstruating! is it abnormal? What should we do now? She has sugar (not very high) and uric acid issues!

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. You have only mentioned TSH level (0.09 mU/L). There is no information on Levothyroxine dosage, her weight, height, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, T4 level, glucose levels as well as uric acid levels. Unless all these details are given, it is difficult to give any comment. One thing is sure because of low TSH she has palpitations. Usually in a well controlled hypothyroid patient TSH is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L (range 0.5 to 5 mU/L, may vary depending upon lab standards). Since her TSH has gone down the dosage of Levothyroxine (not mentioned ) needs to be reduced by 12.5 to 25 mcg.
