Respected sir yesterday I have picked up 15 kg tin so then I have pain in my back (spine ).i feel like that back nerve of spine is inflamed. Sometimes I feels pains in my back and left leg and left arms and buttock also. I am applying the diclofenac gel but I feel that my back (spine) nerve is inflamed. You had similar complaints anytime before? If it has happened just after lifting weights. This can be an acute lumbar strain .it needs rest and medications if it is so problematic.
