I am suffering from depression from few years,cause not having better job,i have very much depressed now.I take depsonil tablet,everyday 3 time,but not ok.Please help?

If the reason is the job, you could somewhat easily solve that problem by getting a better job; better being a relative term. But I think, and you and I know, that that will not solve your depression. The job becomes an excuse or easy enough reason to blame the depression up on. There must be more compelling reasons that you are depressed: I think there must be emotional reasons for the depression. My assessment will be that it is probably due to either unexpressed sadness or anger. Does that ring a bell! Now the other problem is that you have probably not been working with a counselor. This is such a sad and repeated failure on our part to see the importance of counseling in recovery from all kinds of disturbances. Medication will set the chemical equation right but it does not impart any skills and teach you any methods of facing life?s problems. That is why it is important to combine medication with therapy to get you the best results. It is still not too late. Through counseling you could know how the medication works, what kind of support aids its effectiveness and, if and when medication needs to be discontinued, you would have learned some coping mechanisms to relate to life?s challenges, which are regularly there badgering everyone of us, somewhat equally.

If you have been taking depsonil 3tabs every day since past atleast one month then it is not working for you. You need to see your psychiatrist and get the medication checked. If you are having a trouble some environment because of which your depression is not getting better you need to get out of the environment.
