Sir, I have a complaint of bleeding from my Gum. Also I am having bad breath. I am 46 and diabetic. Please suggest medicine.

Use soft bristle tooth-brush. Use floss twice a day it prevent plaque formation. Tooth paste with triclosan should be used. Use anti-plaque mouthwash two times in a day for 15 days. A balanced healthy diet should be taken.

Consult dentist for same. This is very common in diabetic patients to have gingivitis. Can try mouth wash with antiseptic solutions like hexidine for bad breath smell.

Bleeding gum can be periodontists periodontitis can reduce glucose tolerance which make diabeties more uncontrolled and diabeties can worsen the periodontitis so you have to control both of them simultaneously please do not ignore.
