I am having anxiety attacks mostly at night for which I am unable to study, I having trouble sleeping, often I can not sleep at night thus the next day I wake up late after 12 pm which delays my while routine. Yesterday I went to sleep at 6 am. I was just rolling on the bed for 2 hours, I have neet exams soon, so my anxiety is at peak. It severely affects my studies, makes me breathless and insomniac. This has been happening since lockdown. It had subsided a little when I went back to college for a month but now since I am back I am having problems. Since 2 days I throat feels dry and when I go to bed it feels like my tongue is going to obstruct my airway. In the end I just want to study thats it. Please help me.
