I have been using supatret ointment with clindamycin clear gel for acne. Now my acne is almost cleared but I have redness on my cheeks. Is it any adverse effect or fungal infection. Can you suggest ne a treatment for this redness?

Hi. Redness is a side effect of supatret (tretinoin) if you use in large quantity on face. Better to stop this cream for few days and use only clindymycin gel .use a good moisturizer like aquasoft fc twice daily. See the response for 7 to 10 days .if no improvement then follow up with the dermatolgist. Thanks.
