I am 25 years old girl. I have extremely dry skin condition. Do not know the name of the condition. But its resembles a lot with ichthyosis vulgaris. My skin is very very dry flaky scaly. Skin becomes dark when its dry. I have tried scrub. But it again becomes dry. Its genetic. My father has the same problem.
