I was given treatment for neisseria gonorrhoea recently. The doctor gave me a 250 mg injection of ceftriaxone. I was reading online that is it recommended that you are treated with 250 mg of ceftriaxone and 1g of oral azithromycin, but I was not given the second one. Should I call? What are the consequences of not getting both? Also what are some side effects of ceftriaxone? I'm 27f.
