Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. From the information it is clear that there is a considerable variation in glucose levels. This could be mainly due food intake variation and improper monitoring of Insulin dosage and glucose levels. Usually one has to stabilse the fasting glucose levels with proper night time dosage of Insulin. Since there is no information on dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, weight control methods, there is no way to give any advice on this issue. With a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 28.87 kgs/Sq meter (Normal < 23 kgs/Sq meter), which means there is an excess of over 15 kgs. This is also a hindrance for better glucose control. Hence there is a need to look at all the aspects of the current treatment in order to improve glucose control. Another aspect as you are on treatment for hypothyroidism, there is no mention of currect TSH values, even that needs to be checked. Thanks.
