Sir I have tested positive for corona 4 days a go I have stayed in home quarantine with normal symtomp only loss of taste and smell with no other symptoms. I have taken some medicine like azithromycin, vitamin c, vitamin a to z, paracetamol, after take two doses from all those medicine in home quarantine I have some problem like 10 times sparkle of heart just like sparking of light in sky I have never before this type of problem. Is this a heart stroke or side-effects of the drug, what should I do for my heart issues getting normal.
