Hello, Thanks for the query. The tablet prescribed is often used in diabetes patients as a supportive therapy. It is quite safe for such patients. Most important aspect of weakness in a diabetic patient is usually the uncontrolled glucose levels, plus improper nutrition and no physical activity. Since there is absolutely no information all these aspects it is difficult to give any other opinion. I am sure you are aware that in a diabetes patient FBG should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.5% in patients < 60 years and < in patients 70 years or so. So please check that aspect. Thanks.
