Hello dizziness is due to high sugar levels. Sugar levels need to be controlled. I suggest you to start homeopathic treatment for her along with allopathic medicines. It helps to maintain sugar levels to normal and prevents complications. Once sugar levels are normal slowly we can cut off allopathic medicines. You can consult me online for homeopathic treatment. No side effects.

Mam, I can understand your concern and I am also aware of situation. Your mother's blood sugar are on the higher side which may warrant insulin theraly but may respond to oral drug therapy as well. The current therapy seems to be not working for her and we can suggest treatment if you plan for consultation. We also need to know the cause of high blood sugar so you need to plan for certain investigations- 1. Hba1c 2. Fasting and pp 3. Serum creatinine 4. Sgot, sgpt and alp 5. Haemogram 6. Urine routine examination I hope she will be better with our treatment.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. The glucose values mentioned are too high, suggesting her present treatment is not adequate. There is a need for upgrading immediately. Only metformin 850 mg is not adequate. So my suggestion is please come in a private conversation with following details: fbg pp (current), hba1c%, lipid profile, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, weight, height, serum creatinine, urea and bp readings. Then I will be able to give specific guidelines and even required prescription. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines and no drugs can be prescribed in open questions. So please do as suggested. Or do consult your local physician and get the glucose better controlled. Ideally fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 7% at her age. So please do take necessary action. Thanks.
