Hello I am 31 years and recently discovered through a test that I have syphilis. My organs were also checked and discovered that my right kidney was infected. I have been placed on drugs but yesterday I started feeling a kind of dull pain on my left flank. I have taken the drugs for 4 days now and i'm worried if the drug is working or why am I feeling the pain?

Dull pain, sometime is normal during treatment. I advise you to take treatment properly, for permanent treatment of syphilis.
