Sir, I took azithromycin, isotret 20, and tranexamic acid tablets for pimples. So my question is that I am taking tranexamic acid&mefenamic acid tablets use instead of tranexamic acid.

Stop every thing do not made cocktail of every thing. Treatment plan according to extent of acne not all drug same time of may harm your liver.
