I have a burning sensation on back but I wanted to know it is due to anxiety or really exist. As when I focus on that burning sensation the pain get increased but when I try to forget I feel less pain or after sometime the burning goes away.

AS the feeling increase hen they concentrate over it and goes away when you try to forget it, the feelings are due to anxiety or psychogenic.
