Give some time for thyroid to settle down. Continue same dose for 3 months then repeat tsh. If your bp remains high persistently then start some antihypertensive medicine after consulting a physician.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details. Usually when a person is on adequate dosage of levothyroxine tsh is maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l. This is particularly true in case of younger ade group. (<50 years). At your age there is no need to bring down tsh to that level. Ven if it remains around 6 mu/l it is fine. Still lower tsh is likely to increase heart rate, stress on heart and even bp. So you may shift back to 125 mcg per day and then check tsh after 6 weeks. If it remains around 5 to 6 mu/l it is absolutely fine. I hope it is clear. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
