My doctor have advised alivher tablet 2 times a day to place it in my vagina my 3rday follicular test et was 4.4 mm I started taking alivher tab from 7th day and my 8th day follicular test et was same 4.4 mm why its not increasing?

Et will increase only if follicles grow. Are you getting ovulation induction done? Or hormone treatment for embryo transfer. If ovulation induction can increase the dose of tablets next time or add on injections. Only alivher may not help.
