Both of them have their own side effects. Before using any medications please consult a doctor. Both of the mentioned drugs might get habituated. And please note that these drugs just increase your sleep but they doesn't relax your brain (which is the main reason to sleep) if you have prescription, use these drugs according to the prescription and do not increase or decrease the dose without consulting the doctor.
