Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. The rbg level is too high. It is absolutely not acceptable. There is a need to know fbg & pp glucose levels plus hba1c%. I hope you are aware that in a well controlled diabetes patient fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. Looking at your young age it is very much necessary to achieve these levels. It is clear that your present treatment is not at all helping in achieving that control. So there is a need to look at the overall treatment which includes drugs (adding some), dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise and overall lifestyle. By maintaining above mentioned glucose levels strictly one is able to postpone or even prevent long term complications associated with diabetes affecting retina (eves), coronary blood vessels (supplying the heart), kidney damage, peripheral nerve damage and affection of lower limb blood vessels. Therefore, please take necessary steps and control the glucose level as mentioned. If you are looking for online help, please come back with all the information like fbg< pp glucose, hba1c%, lipid profile, serum creatinine, urea, bp readings, dietary details and extent of daily exercise, then after going through the same I will be able to guide specifically and even recommend any additional drugs needed. Or else please consult your local physician and get necessary upgrade done. Choice is yours. I await your reply. It is better if you come in a private conversation, where I can prescribe necessary drugs. In this communication we are supposed to give only general advise. Thanks.

Dear sir, rbs 400 is too high. We need your fbs, ppbs and hba1c. Very important thing is that we have to check your retinal changes as well as kidney functions too. You can come to private consultation online and we can start your treatment. Till then make a habit of walking daily for 60 mins, strict diet should be followed.
