Female, 18 years old, 158 cm tall, 48 kg current medicine: wellbutrin xl (antidepressant) i've had a yeast infection 3 times in the last 2 months. The first two times I went to the pharmacy to get some medicine. The first time, I didn't properly use it for the duration it recommended so when I got it the second time I thought it was because of that. The second time I actually properly used the medicine and my condition properly went away. However, since a few days ago I have started experiencing those symptoms again. The first two times, my discharge had a weird texture/consistency and this time it is very liquids and dark yellow. I am not sure why I keep getting this infection. I don't know if this is relevant but i've also gotten uti's 3 times in the past. The first 2 times I had it, I went to a doctor and they told me that I didn't actually have a uti (maybe because I went to the doctor pretty late). They gave me antibiotics anyway and it went away. The third time, I went to the doctor right away and they told me that I had a uti and gave me antibiotics.

1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice). 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep with an extra pillow under your head-- elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat that stuffy nose with warm salt water-- salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results. Consult online for details.

You will have to maintain proper personal hygiene by keeping your privates clean and always washing your hand. There are various washes available for maintaining the vaginal ph. Never douche your vagina as it alters the ph which can cause many infections to follow. To identify the organism you will have to give a swab which will be taken at a hospital as the wrong mediations will do more harm than healing. I would suggest you meet a gynaecologist so they can start you on proper medications after the swab culture identifies the organism. Drink plenty of fluids to prevent a uti because if left untreated, it can cause a systemic infection. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.
