Doctor my wife is going through follicular study .this is second cycle. First cycle it was without letroz .on 1st cycle egg rupture at 16 mm at 21st day. Now in second cycle on d8 there was two follicle of size 11 mm and 9 mm bt on day 10 it reduces and on d13 it reduces to 9 mm and 8 mm. Why the follicle is not growing. Although 2nd time it was letroz2. 5 mg 5 days. Afc was 12-15 in right ovary and 8-12 in left. Dr. Said few pattern of pcos is there. Pls Dr. Suggest what to do for next.
