I have red dots on my right hands. 4 days I went to clinic. Having pain in muscles after completing medication I took cheston cold tablet, because I having cold. Next day I got red spots on my hands. Is it normal? Please suggest any remedy.

Cheston cold tablets contain paracetamol, phenylephrine and cetrizine. One of the side effects of paracetamol and phenylephrine when used in combination is hypersensitivity including skin rash, itching, purpura (bleeding points underneath your skin) and hives. You might be allergic to this medication, stop using it and refrain from future use. The skin lesions will go away after some days after stopping medication, you can apply calamine lotion in the mean time. If you develop any breathing difficulty or dizziness, you should visit emergency.
