Hello lybrate-user I hope you are not taking any anxiety medications. The salivation process of our mouth is controlled by the various salivation process; as all of us know! the secretory action of these salivary glands is controlled by our brain. Incase of stress, depression, fever etc. Our mouth begins to dry. Also when we fear something. Reverse is the case when we are happy, having our favourite food or sour food. These are all dictated by our mental status. Please try and balance your emotions good or bad. This would definitely help. Also you can practice mind calming exercises by meditation and pranayam.
