I have anxiety or panic disorder from 6 months. Dr. Has prescribed me etizola plus and metoprolol succinate for one month. But there is no significant relief from such problems like chest pain or heavy head or high bp .plz suggest me doctor!

Go back to your doctor and review the dose. Additionally, I suggest that you seek the help of a counselor. Anxiety is abnormal fear because you have not been dealing with normal fear in time. At your age I feel that it has something to do with your childhood experience of fear. Your parents could help you identify that problem. The counselor will help you resolve that experience productively and you can start dealing that emotion regularly whenever it comes up. In the meantime, exercise regularly, sleep well, eat healthily, manage your stress properly, and express all your feelings as and when they come up.
