My cousin does unusual behaviour like watching astha all the day, dosent talk to anyone, remain antisocial, doesn't involve in house work, laughing without reason, sometime bruxism without any reason and does unusual things like snapping the fingers every time and drumming objects with finger, become angry on small things and have physical fight. This type of problem is from his childhood his uncle also use to do similar things like him. Is he mentally ill.

I think he is harboring some deep rooted anger from childhood. Yes, there could be a mental problem and will need both medication and therapy.
