I am having lichen planus, my biopsy tells: epidermis show mild hyperkeratosis based layer shows increased number of melanocyte, dermis show lymphocytic cell collection along with pigmentation please help me, what my report says and suggest me any cure. Note: I only have dark patches (no itch and no burning sensation. Its been 6 years since I got lichen planus.
