Main morning me uthke 1 week se exercise or breakfast me banana, milk,oats, almond,kissmis, nuts khata hun or lunch me dal, salad or fish/egg khata hun or evening me 1banana and dinner me milk oats and saffron khata hun. Main bohot skinny hun height 5'3 or weight 42 kgs hai. Par mere belly or waist pe fat hai thodasa. Main kya karu fat ko kam karne me. Plzz help.

Hi continue your exercise daily for about 45 minutes---yoga/brisk walking,playing games etc. you have to change your lifestyle--if you change for better lifestyle practices without worrying about where the fat is it will change your personality for better.
