Hi doctor, I am 21 year old, I had an transabdominal ultrasound pelvic scan done on 22nd october. In the month of september from 28th till october 21st I was experiencing spotting. I did not have regular period, only one day in between the bleeding was little heavy other days it was just few drops 6-7 drops. The ultrasound scan showed polycystic morphology on both the ovaries and thick endometrium of 7.8 mm. The doctor prescribed cream ncr 15 mg for first 5 days and cream ncr 10 mg for 20 days. I took the tablets regularly at the same time. The last medicine I took was on 15th nov night at 9 pm. Till now I have not got withdrawal bleeding. I last had sex in the month of feb, from then I am not sexually active. How many days should I wait for withdrawal bleeding and should I be worried about thick endometrium. I have been asked to do thyroid test, free testosterone test, lh fsh and insulin test on 2/3rd day of my period. I'm very worried about my issues. Please suggest what should I do? When will I start bleeding?

Withdrawal bleeding results 3 to 8 days after stopping tablets. You need details reports and repeated consultation with gynecologist.
