My self esteem is low. I feel low most of the times. I get jealous if my boy friend talks to someone else. I get stressful if my parents or anyone won't treat me good. I get angry and anxious too soon due to these problems what must I do? I get angry and hyper for very little things.

Start doing meditation and yoga also be happy and stay positive always do not indulge in negative things take a deep breath and hold for sometime. Do this whenever you are angry or anxiety feeling.
