Take tablet Amclaid -625 mg 3 times a day, tab Flagyl -400 mg 3 times a day and tab IncagesicMR/ tab Ibugesic MR 3 times a day. Make sure you keep your mouth clean by brushing twice and using salt water garges and mouthwash. Try to keep opening your mouth every now and then.

Dear , This can happen due to many reasons like injury during extraction, injury during the anesthetic injection, presence of infection etc. The treatment and medication will depend in the cause. For example, if it's just a spasm without any infection, then the use if analgesics with muscle relaxant , moist warm fomentation and some mouth opening exercises will help. I would still advise you see either your previous doctor or any other doctor before trying out any medication or treatment as you may not be able to properly identify the cause if the problem.

This problem is slightly unusual but can definitely happen due to few reasons due to which the asymmetric muscle goes into spasm .You have to keep patience ,recovery in such cases takes time do .Warm saline gargles and mouth opening exercises will help to open mouth .You are advised to take muscle relaxant and consult your dental surgeon have patience and you will be fine .
