44 yrs. Diagnosed with adenomyosis. History of arterial clot in right hand. Put on ponstan. For one day this month I had pink discharge and then on second day it was red blood on toilet paper for half an hour and then it stopped. Would this be a period. Lmp august 28. Stomach feels hard and having pain in stomach, on and offf dizziness. Underneath neck feels stiff. Is adenomyosis progressing?

Adenomyosis is a condition, which is not effectively treated by drugs.(including hormones) at the age of 44 if you have inter menstrual spotting or bleeding, better to get a d&c done by a gynecologist and wait for hpr. The treatment is to be scheduled only after precuring the report.
