I am a 22 year old male. I was addicted to porn and masturbation till 2 years back along with smoking drugs like weed. I think I have lost the ability to last long in bed and might have a problem with pre-ejaculation. Apart from this I have an incontinence problem with leaks of pre-cum. Apart from this I am practicing abstinence for past 2 years now and having a problem with loose stools without loss of appetite. How do I gain full of energy? Without drugs!

First of all, don't feel guilty and move on with your life. Take a course of antibiotics as you seem to have stomach infection. See a gastroentrologist if it doesn't work.
