My mother is asthmatic+gastric patient. She diagnosis for gall bladder stone of 9 mm. doctor refused to operate on 4 Jan 16 due to low oxygen content 94%. Advice me what to do or where to take her for treatment nearby.

Dear lybrate-user ji, as I can see you have mentioned your age as 70 yrs, so your mother should be around 90 years. At this age even a small risk can be life threatening. So if her oxygen saturation was 94%, I think the doctor has taken a correct decision by postponing the surgery. If the gall stone is not causing any kind of problem, then my suggestion would be to leave it alone. Your mother should be monitored by a pulmonologist on regular basis for her asthma. Best wishes.
