I am suffering from anxiety and I am using homeopathy for this daily. Due to over masturbation I use ayurvedic daily gokshura and ashwagandha and due to liver ot pt I take udiliv daily. Is allopathy ayurveda and homoeopathy taken on daily basis. Is it better or what I am using for this.
