I'm 36 years old and i'm having hypertension for the last 6 years. I started with ate no lol 50 mg then took amlodipine 5 mg along with losartan 50, but then switched to irbesartan 150/amlodipine5. Earlier this year I switched to telmisartan 40/amlodipine5 but now i'm taking telmisartan40/amlodipine 5 twice a day.
