Hi my age is 30 years and I have low amh 1.63 ng/ml and I am undergoing infertility treatment since 3-4 months but not conceiving, since last 2 months I am getting delay in cycles 6-7 days usually I have 26-27 days cycles, my doctor is giving me medicine (ovaries-sr, cor-3, apcod for 5-10 days, letpro, evatene, ecosprin) last month my follicles were 21 mm on 10th day but then also not conceived also follicles got ruptured on 11-12 day. Now this month I have been injected (fsh 75)(ovaries, letpro,evatene, ecosprin this month medicine) but my follicle size on 10 and 12 day is 10 and 12 mm respectively. What can be the issue for very low size. Pls suggest what should I do. Should I change treatment?

Hi, each cycle is different. It will grow but slowly this cycle. Continue this cycle and do intrauterine insemination if your husband semen test is normal. Try 3 cycles iui. If you don't conceive definitely do ivf treatment. You are young, you will conceive. All the best. But try back to back.
