Sir, I have a diabetes last 5 years. I taken insulin. Tablet is glimepiride 0.2 mg and metformin 500 mg. Insulin taken humalog lispro (14 unit morning & 11 unit night) & lantus (25 unit morning). All units taken before lunch/dinner. But not decrease sugar level. My current sugar level are fbs - 210, pbbs-;270.

Please close insulin and all medicine that take you previously. I prescribed for you tab triglimiprex 2 one tab b.i.d, and cap pregabanyl one cap at night bed time ,and capsule multirich 1 cap o.d.
