If it?s scabies, you shud take stat dose of antihelminthic, permethrin cream to be used once as overnight treatment. Repeat it after two weeks if necessary, stop dermikem, if you have itchy raised papular lesions, you can use crotarax hc daily at night for a week till itching settles.
