I am 33 years old male from chennai. I was all ok but all of sudden I wetted my bed unknowingly. I had a bad dream in the dream I was urinating. After 4 or 5 days I had blood after urinating then I went to doctor and he gave medications for uti and it got cleared away. After that there was no auch issues. But today again I wetted my bed. Need reason why it happens and I feel ashamed to do this. Kindly provide a solution I detail.
