I ride an aviator scooter from last 20 years but off late when i go out on scooter my hands develope rashes with strong urge of itching I have been applying CANDID -B ointment prescribed by fly docter but it is temporary. Can you please tell what is wrong with me and what medical treatment i should go for ?Thanking you in anticipation Awaiting a genuine reply

It may be sun allergy. Avoid going out in the sun. Wear protective clothing. Use sunscreen like Photostable or melagard 15 min before sun exposure in a thick layer on all exposed areas. Use Efatop PE moisturising lotion after bath. Donot apply Candid B without doctor's supervision since it contains a steroid.
