Hello doctor. Yesterday I saw a swollen lump at the base of my head near the neck. It is paining a bit when pressed. Can you please suggest me whether it is harmful or harmless. I am aware its not a malignant tumour. Could you please inform me the signs and symptoms of malignant tumours?
