In september my tsh was 6.990. I started taking thyronorm 75 mcg. Now today I got the test done again. T3 was 1.64,t4 was 13.90 and tsh was 1.610. Should I keep taking 75 mcg or reduce it to 50 mcg.

Dear Ms. lybrate-user, your current tsh of 1.6 indicates that your does of 75 ucg thyronorm is adequate do not change the dose. The earlier value of 6.99 is marginally elevated probably because you missed the medication fro 2 or 3 days in the preceding month
