Sir /mam only the surgery is required for reshaping nose or other any way to reshape nose .Or any tablets or injection .

Surgery is the best way to reshape a nose (rhinoplasty). The extent of surgery may depending on the extent of problem and extent of change you desire. Some problems can be corrected as an office procedure with "fillers. However this can be decided only after a detailed d examination. Also fillers are temporary and last for a year or so.
