Taking telbid am 40/5 mg from last 4 days but blood pressure still 180/100 and also hba1c is 8.4 for diabetic taking voglinorm gm2 and tlc count is 13000 please give good suggestion thank you.

However, it is essential to know following details before any suggestions can be made : Fasting & PP glucose, dietary pattern, weight and height, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile, Nd correct dosage of antidiabetic drugs. TLC count is high when there is some kind of infection in the body. So if there are any other symptoms even that also needs to be informed. So please come back with these details.
